Live Video PT. Same Clinical Thinking, From Home.

A Doctor of Physical Therapy watches your movement, corrects your form, and progresses your plan—all over video. The drive is the only part missing.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

IT’S NOT JUST
WHERE IT HURTS.

  • →Neuropathy symptoms shift week to week, but the trip to the clinic feels like the hardest part of recovery.
  • →You cancel follow-up visits because logistics win—work, family, traffic—and your plan quietly drifts without feedback.
  • →You're unsure if you're doing the exercise right at home, and small form mistakes compound into frustration.
YOUR PLAN, NOT A TEMPLATE

A CLEARER WAY FORWARD.

Telehealth physical therapy is a live appointment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. You move. We watch. We correct. You leave with the next progression. It's the same clinical thinking we use in-clinic at Central Expressway, applied to whatever room you're standing in.

01

Connect

We send you a secure video link before your appointment. Set your phone or laptop where the camera can see you head to toe, clear a small patch of floor. That's the whole setup.

02

Move While We Watch

Your therapist walks you through the movements that matter for your case, watches how you do them, and asks what's changed since your last visit. Numbness, tingling, coordination, and gait get mapped—not guessed at.

03

Leave With the Next Step

Your home program is corrected and progressed on the call. We decide together whether the next visit belongs on video or in-clinic with hands-on care.

THE THERAREHAB DIFFERENCE

CARE THAT
SEES YOU.

Built for neuropathy care, where symptoms shift weekly and the drive itself is often the hardest part of the plan.

Missed visits are the most common reason a good plan stops working. Video keeps your rhythm when the calendar fights back—2 to 3 visits per week over 4 to 6 weeks.

Home programs drift quietly. Watching you perform the exercise is the fastest way to catch the one rep going wrong and adjust before small mistakes compound.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU START.

What do I need to set up a telehealth visit?+

A phone or laptop with a camera, a clear view from head to toe, and a small patch of floor to move in. We send you the secure video link before your appointment.

Is telehealth as effective as in-clinic visits?+

For follow-up visits, form checks, program progression, and neuropathy management, telehealth delivers the same clinical assessment. Hands-on techniques like soft-tissue work or joint mobilization happen in the clinic. We combine both when your case needs it.

Who is telehealth physical therapy best for?+

Anyone managing neuropathy with shifting symptoms, patients between in-clinic visits who need form feedback, and people whose schedule or travel makes frequent clinic trips a barrier to staying consistent.

Can I switch between video and in-clinic visits?+

Yes. We assess your needs on each call and decide together whether the next visit belongs on video or in the clinic. Many patients move between both as their plan progresses through PAIN → PRIME → PERFORM → PREVENT.

More about Telehealth Physical Therapy

A real visit. The drive is the only part that is missing.

Telehealth is a live video appointment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. You move, we watch, we correct, and you leave with the next progression. It is the same clinical thinking we use in the room at Central Expressway, pointed at whatever room you are standing in.

We use it for two things in particular. Neuropathy care, where symptoms shift week to week and the trip in is often the hardest part of the plan. And follow up visits, where the real work is checking your form, adjusting the load, and deciding what comes next.

Built for neuropathy care and for the visits between visits.

If the drive is what makes you cancel, or this week's question is really about form, load, and what to do next, a video visit does that job well.

Easy to join. Same work once you are in.

A plan that survives a hard week.

Missed visits are the most common reason a good plan stops working. Most of the reasons people miss one are logistics, not pain.

Numbness, tingling, coordination, and how you are walking get reviewed on camera, and your program gets adjusted to what this week actually looks like.

Home programs drift quietly. Watching you do the exercise is still the fastest way to find the one rep that is going wrong.

Recovery usually asks for 2 to 3 visits a week over 4 to 6 weeks. Video keeps that rhythm when the calendar fights back.

A flare, a new ache, a question about whether to push through it. Getting that answered this week beats guessing until the next opening.

Services we commonly combine with telehealth.

Physical Therapy

One-on-one rehabilitation built around how your body actually moves.

Neuromuscular Reeducation

After an injury the brain stops recruiting muscles the way it used to. This retrains the connection so the right muscles fire at the right time again.

Orthopedic Therapy

Joint, tendon, ligament, and muscle injuries assessed and treated one-on-one, with progress checked over video between in-clinic visits.
