Dr. Kaylie Milton

PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

I was born and raised in Fullerton, California, where I grew up playing sports and being surrounded by athletics from an early age. I continued my athletic career at Jacksonville State University in Alabama, where I played collegiate volleyball while completing my undergraduate studies. My passion for sports and injury prevention naturally led me to pursue a career in physical therapy. I went on to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in Arizona before moving to Dallas with my family to begin my professional career. Known for being outgoing, compassionate, and deeply committed to others, I take pride in putting my patients first and building meaningful relationships throughout their recovery.

I am dry needling certified and remain dedicated to continuing my education, with a strong focus on hands-on, patient-centered care.

Core Values:

  • Warm & Personal : Compassion and empathy are at the heart of everything I do. I value hard work, authenticity, and meaningful human connection, and I strive to put others before myself in both life and practice.
  • Integrity : Being honest, ethical, and trustworthy in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Passion : Passion is what drives me to show up fully for every patient, every day. It’s rooted in a genuine love for helping others move, heal, and return to the activities they love.

Too many patients feel rushed, unheard, or stuck in a one-size-fits-all approach to care. I want to fix that by providing individualized, hands-on treatment that prioritizes trust, education, and meaningful results.

I am a physical therapist and I specialize in providing individualized, hands-on physical therapy focused on pain relief, injury recovery, and movement optimization. With a strong background in athletics, I work closely with patients to restore function, improve performance, and help them return to the activities they love. I am dry needling certified and emphasize patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s goals.

I enjoy treating shoulder, low back and knee pain. In addition I really enjoy treating parkinson’s patients.

I love working at TheraRehab and Wellness because I love working in an environment that is fun, positive, and genuinely focused on patient care. The emphasis on healing, connection, and individualized treatment makes the work especially rewarding.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, staying active through sand volleyball and softball in adult leagues, and hitting the gym. I also enjoy going on dog walks with friends and letting loose with a little karaoke and country concerts—it’s all about having fun and staying connected to the people and activities I love.
